With more than 20 years of experience in the logistics and port services sector, 10 of these spent as General Manager of Maritalia, Baba is a highly-qualified manager with extensive industry knowledge. Baba holds a Master 2 (M2) in Logistics and Transport Engineering from the University of Lille. Baba Tall is also the president of cap Sénégal.

Mayoro has 12+ years of experience in general management and operations in the maritime and logistics sector in Senegal. He has been with Maritalia over 10 years and has fulfilled many different roles such as the head of the transit and maritime department within the company.

Mar has a wealth of experience as a Customs Broker for companies like Maersk and DHL. He joined Maritalia in January 2020 as its head of Customs Brokerage. Mar has worked with a variety of Energy clients (Halliburton, Weatherford, Baker Hughes etc.) as well as other international companies.
Fama has been a part of the Maritalia team since 2015. She has held various positions in the finance department and currently holds the post as head of procurement. She holds a BA degree in economics and management from the University of Montreal.
Thomas has 7+ years of sales experience in Energy and Mining sectors in Africa for, amongst others, Damen Shipyards, the Netherland’s largest shipyard. He has a strong track record of closing large sales transactions in the region.
Alassane is a seasoned accountant having obtained his Higher Accountancy Diploma in 2007 at the CEPCS in Dakar. He has exercised his profession with a range of companies in the engineering and logistics sectors. He joined the Maritalia Team in April 2022.

Olivier has 10+ years of experience in strategic and management roles for companies such as Monitor Deloitte and Philips, both as an external and in-house consultant. His professional experience, focused on the Energy and Manufacturing sectors, spans the EMEA and Americas regions.
Moustapha joined Maritalia in early 2020 after leaving his post as Bolloré’s Husbandry and Line Manager. He has a wide array of experience in working with foreign vessel owners and international clients such as McDermott, Exceed and Total.
Omar joined Maritalia in early 2020 as head of its logistics department. Prior to that, he held a variety of functions at Bolloré, OMA and CSTTAO. He has worked with a wide array of international clients, including with Pacific Drilling, helping them import the Santa Ana drillship for Total’s Senegal campaign.

Since joining Maritalia in 2018 first as an assistant in the QHSE department and later as the department manager, Fatou has always been instrumental in maintaining all ISO 9001:2015 standards that Maritalia adheres to. She strives to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety by rigorously auditing all internal processes and continuously assessing the risks and opportunities in Maritalia’s operating environment.
Aminatou has been with Maritalia since 2020. Aminatou ensures that all Maritalia staff are well supervised and trained at all times to meet all our clients’ requirements.
Ndiaga Seck joined Maritalia in 2022 as Commercial and Marketing Director for the group. Ndiaga has over 12 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain sector in Senegal previously having held the role of Outside Sales Manager for Bollore. He has extensive experience in the management of project logistics for top tier national and international clients.
Our management team is supported by over 60 highly-experienced and versatile full-time staff spread over four operational offices across Dakar.
